Help with the Submission

Making a Submission

Please find below a Public Submission Guide that may help you write a submission in response to the EES for the Fingerboards mineral sands mine project. The word ‘submission’ sounds a bit scary however it is just a letter.
In addition to this guidance, there are instructions on the last page of the guide explaining how to lodge your submission once it is written.

As a reminder, submissions close 5pm Thursday 29 October 2020.

It is vitally important that a lot of submissions are made to show the Inquiry Panel members the level of opposition to this mine proposal. So to help with that please ask other people (family/friends) to consider making their own submission.

Please let us know if you have any questions or problems.
Thank you in advance for your help with this most important action.

There is a lot of information on this website that will help you better understand the issues related to a mineral sands mine in our community.

EES (Environmental Effects Statement) is out!
